Researchers

The members of Board of Science, Bandung Fe Institute.

Eager to know, maximum curiosity to uncover the enigma of the universe, ....and hate corrupted formal school in their country is the primary adjectives to describe them.

Hokky Situngkir, born in Siantar, February 7th 1978, in the institute his area of interests are complexity based cultural studies analysis, artificial societies and social simulations, computational approaches in social and sociological theories, computational models in dynamical and evolutionary system, and its applications in broad (interdisciplinary) areas including sociology, economics and finance . In the institute he chaired the research department of Computational Sociology while also actively writing articles and soft-papers in major Indonesian media for practitioners and professionals of economics, bussiness, financial and risk management. He is also currently the President of Bandung Fe Institute.

Yun Hariadi, born in Blitar, September 5th 1978, former student in Mathematics of Institut Teknologi Bandung and denying to death about his graduation. His area of interests are algebra, differential geometry, and dynamical system. In Bandung Fe Institute specialized in modelling and quantitative analysis of dynamical system.

Rendra Suroso, born in Ponorogo, March 31st 1980, once was an astronomer wannabe (Institut Teknologi Bandung), but seamless whole dissolved it all. He is currently the Director of Dept. Cognitive Science. His area of interests are evolutionary psychology, computational social network, and the ups and downs of meta-system theory.

Deni Khanafiah, born in Garut, West Java on September 6th 1979, and has been trained in experimental bio-chemistry backgrounds. His research is currently related to the Kauffman's autocatalysis process and random boolean network and the possibilities on using the methodology to the social analysis by combining the model with such usual evolutionary game theoretic models. His research is related to evolutionary perspective on social, cultural, and economic system as the Director of Dept. Evolutionary Economics in the institute.

Rolan Mauludy Dahlan born in Palembang, Southern Sumatera on December 2nd 1980, has become the newly scholar in BFI circumstances after the acceptance of the proposal in September 8th 2004 by the Board of Science. While he has been trained in industrial engineering, his field of interest has brought him to study economics as an evolving complex system. He is currently studying the agent's behavior in economic environment in the Dept. Evolutionary Economics BFI.

Ardian Maulana, was borned in Raha, Southern Sulawesi on Janary 2nd 1982, the newly scholar in BFI circumstances after the acceptance of the proposal in August 2008 by the Board of Science. While he was trained as material engineer, his long activities and consciences have brought him to study a lot about social and political system as complex adaptive system. He is currently studying the complexity of political system and agent's behavior related to political decisions incorporating statistical mechanics and computational simulations. His research is run in the Dept. Computational Sociology BFI.
